Some recent pairings I am recommending for the wine and food lover in all of us!

CHRIS: Went to this gem of a Chinese restaurant called CWZJ in the heartland of Kuchai in Kuala Lumpur two week's ago. It's a small place but may arguably be one of the best Chinese restaurants in KL!
1) Had the Drappier Champagne(a champagne made from red grape) 2002 with steam shrimp paste...irresistable!
2.)We also had a La Spinetta Pin (basically a money can’y buy wine because there were only about 500 bottles produced from the grape nebbiolo) with smoke duck. Brought out the best in both the duck and the wine!
