As a qualified wine & Spirits consultant, I have been a judge at the 2006 Vinitaly international wine competition, Malaysia Airlines, Flavours magazine and the Starhill wine festival. As I continue to discover new wines and food, I have not yet found a valid reason to eat bad food and drink bad wine! CHRIS:I have spent almost half my life in the F&B industry, from 5 star hotels to the humble food stall, from the kitchens in the back to the front of house, been there done that!I have literally cooked, eaten and drunk my way to an impressive waistline!
